Ingredients:
500 g butter
500 g Dark Chocolate 60%, chopped
300 g granulated sugar
10 egg yolks
10 chicken eggs
150 g wheat flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tablespoon Mayer's rhum
Directions:
- Prepare small bowls heat resistant. Polish margarine, sprinkle a little flour.
- Tim chocolate and butter until melted. Lift.
- Beat the egg yolks, eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves.
- Enter the chocolate mixture, stirring until blended.
- Add other ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into molds.
- Bake in hot oven 180 C for 12 minutes until cooked.
- Remove and serve hot with berry sauce and vanilla ice cream.
